- We will review your application and provide the lease agreement for download.
- Sign your lease agreement and upload it.
Who is the offer aimed at?
Occupancy concept: Currently, WH|1 is aimed at students of the 42 Heilbronn as well as international students at the Bildungscampus Heilbronn.
The submission of a certificate of study that is valid for your stay in WH|1? is essential.
Identification Document
Please upload your certificate of study along with a valid ID document (plus your residence permit in the case of non-EU citizens). If this certificate is not yet available to you, upload appropriate proof of your acceptance at an educational institution at the Bildungscampus Heilbronn..
Campuscard
The “CampusCard ID” field is optional. If you already have a CampusCard for Bildungscampus Heilbronn, then tell us your ID. If you are not going to receive it until after you move in, let us know in the comment field. We will provide you with a temporary access card.
Processing time
We will process your inquiry within a few days. You have five days to upload your signed student residence contract. The contract comes into force as soon as we sign it too.
